Job Description

We are hiring a Tender Executive to handle day-to-day operations related to tenders and documentation. The role involves preparing and submitting tenders, managing related paperwork, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely communication with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Should have knowledge of cable manufacturing industry
Search, track, and manage government/PSU/private tender opportunities.
Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents as per requirements.
Maintain proper records of submitted and ongoing tenders.
Draft and send professional emails, letters, and communications.
Coordinate with internal teams for documents, certifications, and approvals.
Use MS Word and Excel for documentation, reports, and data management.
Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
