Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to LED lighting products.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at client sites.
• Analyse inspection reports/findings and provide effective solutions.
• Work in coordination with technical sales engineers for product demonstrations and support.
• Monitor and record product performance during and after installation.
• Maintain service logs, product manuals, and provide customers with timely reports and feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify common issues/complaints and report them to management for product improvements.
• Provide both on-site and off-site corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company service quality standards and safety guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in LED lights repairing, service and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (15–18 days/month).
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Two-wheeler license preferred.
