Role Objective

To strengthen Mushin’s sales funnel by ensuring consistent and effective follow-ups with prospective clients, scheduling demos, and maintaining lead engagement until handover to the Pre-Sales or Business

Development team. The role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a confident

personality capable of building rapport with senior professionals in manufacturing and automotive sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads shared by the Pre-Sales or Inside
  • Sales team.
  • Engage professionally with clients to confirm demo schedules, share meeting links, and ensure attendance.
  • Follow up with decision-makers post-demo for feedback and next steps.
  • Maintain a structured call log and update CRM or lead tracking sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales Executives to identify dormant leads and reinitiate contact.
  • Assist in sending WhatsApp or email reminders in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain call discipline and daily reporting on lead status and communication history.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English and Hindi communication (spoken & written).
  • Confident, clear, and polite phone manner.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / B2B follow-ups preferred (1–3 years).
  • Well-spoken and professional presence suited to dealing with corporate clients.


Performance Indicators

  • Metric Target / Expectation
  • Daily Call Volume 60–80 calls/day
  • Demo Confirmation Rate ≥ 60%
  • Reactivated Dormant Leads ≥ 10 per month
  • CRM Accuracy 100% follow-up logging


Compensation

  • CTC: ■18,000 – ■25,000 per month (based on experience and fluency).
  • Incentives: ■300–■500 per demo successfully scheduled and attended.
  • Additional Benefits: Travel allowance for field events (if applicable) and performance-based quarterly
