Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales professional with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Eduonix, an industry leader in E-Learning/EdTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective telesales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and calls.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and prospecting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and concerns professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in the E-Learning/EdTech industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
