Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development:Identify and approach potential clients (businesses, institutions, retail customers) for hardware & networking product sales. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions (computers, laptops, servers, networking devices, peripherals, etc.). Prepare and present cost estimates, quotations, and proposals to clients. Follow up with leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. 2. Technical & Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest IT hardware, networking products, and industry trends. Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget. 3. Coordination & Order Processing:Work closely with the purchasing/procurement team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery to customers. 4. Customer Support & After-Sales Service:Address customer queries regarding products, warranties, and post-sales support. Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business. Gather feedback and suggest improvements in product offerings. 5. Market Research & Reporting:Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions. Provide regular sales reports, track performance, and suggest strategies to improve sales. Requirements & Skills:Proven experience in IT hardware/computer sales (preferred but not mandatory for freshers). Basic technical knowledge of computers, laptops, networking devices, and peripherals. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to prepare quotes, invoices, and sales reports. Familiarity with CRM software (optional but beneficial). Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
