Telesales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation: Generate sales leads by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and identifying their needs.
• Customer engagement: Build rapport with potential and existing customers through professional and friendly telephone conversations.
• Sales and closing: Deliver persuasive sales pitches, address customer concerns, and utilize closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Record keeping: Accurately maintain customer interaction and sales data in the company's CRM or other databases.
• Customer service: Address customer queries, complaints, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and check on existing customers.
