Job Description

A Real Estate Telesales Executive is responsible for generating and converting leads for property sales through telephone communication. The role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with the on-ground sales team to facilitate property visits and close deals. A successful telesales executive must meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.  Responsibilities Lead generation and management: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database to promote properties and generate new leads. Customer engagement: Handle inbound calls, answer customer questions, and provide detailed information on property listings, features, and investment potential. Client qualification: Conduct effective questioning to understand and analyze a client's specific real estate needs and preferences. Pipeline coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual or on-site property visits for potential buyers with the field sales team. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-up and by providing exceptional customer service. Sales and negotiation: Utilize persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales over the phone. Target achievement: Meet and exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate and updated customer records in theCRM system, and prepare sales reports for management.Market knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and new property launches to effectively advise clients. Skills and qualificationsProven experience: A track record of success in a telesales or customer service role, preferably with a minimum of 1–2 years in the real estate sector.Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.Sales expertise: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.Real estate knowledge: A basic understanding of the real estate market, properties, and sales processes.Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.Persistence and resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.Organizational skills: and multitasking abilities to manage a large volume of calls and client information. Educational background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
