Real Estate Telecaller

Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients—introducing them to our projects, nurturing their interest, and scheduling property visits. Your communication will shape the customer’s first impression of our brand. ---  Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a verified leads database. Explain real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and location benefits in a clear and convincing manner. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties accordingly. Schedule and confirm site visits; coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution. Follow up regularly to convert leads into walk-ins and bookings. Maintain updated records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. Handle inquiries from online portals, social media, or marketing campaigns. Build a rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience throughout. ---  Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (or local language). Polite, persuasive, and confident speaking ability. Good listening skills and the ability to handle client objections. Familiarity with real estate industry trends is a plus. Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer systems (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
