Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining client relationships. This role is key to driving property sales and promoting real estate projects through effective communication. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads or generated data. Explain project details, property specifications, pricing, location advantages, and amenities. Understand client needs and provide suitable property suggestions. Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure participation. Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients until closure. Handle inbound inquiries related to properties and resolve client queries. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and call status. Coordinate with the sales team and assist in closing deals. --- Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 6 months – 2 years in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales. Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language. Knowledge of real estate market, projects, and terminology is a plus.
