Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Orbiz.one. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in telesales or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
