Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate record of all sales activities in CRM systems.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (0–3 years) in sales, business development, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
