Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Loan Sanction Intern (Telecaller)- (Preferably Female) to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the documentation and sanction process. This is a paid internship with a focus on developing communication, sales, and financial advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our loan offerings.
• Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update call records, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth approval and sanctioning.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline.
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service preferred (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling client objections and providing solutions.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi) preferred.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months (with potential for full-time offer based on performance)
• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and interview assessment)
• Work Mode: On-site (Kondapur, Hyderabad)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
