The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements, maintain attendance and leave records, and assist in implementing and enforcing company policies in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management Prepare, process, and review monthly payroll accurately and on time. Calculate earnings, deductions, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.). Generate and distribute payslips to employees. Maintain payroll records and update employee salary structures as needed. Attendance & Leave Management Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records. Monitor biometric or manual attendance systems for accuracy. Process leave applications and ensure compliance with leave policies. Coordinate with department heads to verify and approve attendance reports. Accounts Support Assist the finance department with basic accounting entries related to payroll and HR expenses. Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare monthly reports. Support in budgeting and cost control activities related to manpower expenses. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing and attendance management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Basic understanding of HR policies and labour laws. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes Experience in a small or mid-sized company environment. Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both HR and accounting functions.
