Overview

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with strong UI/UX expertise to design, develop, and optimize user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a keen eye for design, ensuring that our applications are both visually appealing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Convert UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into fully functional web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

UI/UX Design

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines and design systems across all digital assets.

Collaboration & QA

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Identify UI/UX issues, propose solutions, and participate in usability testing.
• Review and improve existing application interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or UI/UX-focused role.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS (Sass/Tailwind), JavaScript, and at least one major framework (React preferred).
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web performance optimization.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion), or micro-interaction design.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks like Material UI, Bootstrap, Chakra UI, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools.
