Description We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive (International) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in International telesales ( night shift) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves reaching out to international clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. Shift Timings 11PM - 8 AM Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered to effectively communicate value to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum 1 year of any International BPO Sales/up-selling/Retention/Collection experience. (US, Cannada, Australia preferred, Any other international works as well) Excellent English communication skills. HSC candidates preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other relevant languages. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
