We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quote to Cash (Order Management) specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order management process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from quote generation to cash collection.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order management process from quote generation to cash collection.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions and communications.
Resolve customer queries and issues related to order management promptly and effectively.
Analyze order data to identify trends and improve processes.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.

Skills and Qualifications

4-12 years of experience in order management or quote to cash processes.
Strong understanding of order management systems and CRM software.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
