PRODUCTION ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in India. Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports on performance, efficiency, and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering design tools.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and continuous improvement techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
