Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing production processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new production technologies and methodologies.
Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in CAD software and production planning tools.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Experience with process improvement techniques and tools.
