Job Description

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Testing Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software that meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
Identify, record, and track defects through their lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and functionality.
Perform regression testing to ensure product stability after changes or enhancements.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
Participate in reviews of requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
