Job Description

Description We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products, and converting leads into sales. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing roles. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
