Engages with the clients at various levels to ensure that the operation has a complete handle of all existing projects, timelines..
Monitors all the projects and ensures adequacy as per the SLA.. Supervises the staff as required and ensures that there is tracking and reporting mechanism set up for all existing , new and upcoming projects.. Handles all Customer complaints jointly with the Radiology team.. Attends and gives thought leadership on Imaging related protocols.. Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.. Manage the daily functions of the team.. Entire project Management right from Budgetary management, planning, scheduling and execution of all projects.. Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.. Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.. Oversee the functioning of the credentialing department.. Manage budget to align with goals of business.. (ref:iimjobs.com).
