Role Overview

Warehouse & Logistics Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely vehicle movements, coordinating with operations, logistics, and vendor teams, and keeping the warehouse safe, efficient, and compliant.

This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including vehicle intake, inspection, storage, and dispatch.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, accessories, and parts.
  
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent loss or discrepancies.
  
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams for smooth vehicle handovers and dispatches.
  
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets safety and compliance standards.
  
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize warehouse layouts for efficiency.
  
• Handle documentation and assist with audits or internal checks.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management (automotive or similar preferred).
  

• Must be familiar with the local geography

  and have strong on-ground operational knowledge.

• Graduate candidates are welcome

• Currently managing logistics operations (route planning, dispatch, and productivity improvement).
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with inventory management tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
