Role Overview

Customer Experience Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and concerns.
  
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for quick resolution.
  
• Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and feedback.
  
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to improve overall customer experience.
  
• Contribute ideas to streamline communication and enhance customer engagement.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or relationship management role.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
  
• Comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems (training will be provided).
  
• Female candidates preferred.
