Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend inbound calls and respond to support emails from UK customers.
  • Log and resolve customer issues within SLA.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for broadband, telecom services, and hosted phone systems.
  • Assist hospital staff (doctors, nurses, admin teams) with login/access issues for clinical & non-clinical systems.
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic IT support tasks.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate ticket notes and follow-up actions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or telecom concepts is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Previous experience in a BPO, IT helpdesk, or UK process preferred.
  • Ability to work UK shift timings.
  • Work in 24x7 work enviroment.
