• Provide effective customer support to UK Clients
• Receive all incoming requests from clients via telephone and /or emails and deal in a courteous manner to acheive SLAs.• Ready to work in a 24/7 work environment with rotational UK shifts.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Spoken English & Communication skills.Dealt with UK Clients and having UK & IT Telecoms experience.Dealt with Broadband & VOIP related issues.Worked on Openreach portalsAchieve work SLAs
