Role Overview We are looking for Software Engineers who are passionate to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, microservices-based web solution. You will get to work on cutting-edge tech which will be used by thousands of clinical students and practitioners in the USA. As a Software Engineer , you are expected to solve complex programming problems and have an understanding about how to build HLDs and LLDs. You should have experience in building enterprise-grade software using .NET or Java stack on cloud technologies, or with modern JavaScript (Angular, React, etc.) frameworks. Understanding of Agile Scrum process is a plus. Responsibilities Deliver clean code with automated unit tests. Create High-Level and Low-Level Designs for the problem statement/feature. Hands-on expertise in high-performance backend languages like Go, C#/.NET, or Java, or expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript along with a framework like React or Angular. Full stack understanding of web/mobile/API/database development concepts and design patterns. Strive for quality, performance, usability, reliability, maintainability, and extensibility. Design and develop high-quality microservices and features, working with architects and development managers. Participate and contribute to continuously improve Agile software development processes. Work under the guidance of development managers and product owners to analyze, modify, and implement various common business needs. Get involved in tech POCs to provide recommendations and apply the outcome to realization. Implement unit, integration, and other automated tests. Understanding of DevOps, automation testing, test-driven development, behavior-driven development, serverless or microservices. Understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC principles. India Finance Operations Oversee end-to-end accounting, tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for India entity. Manage budgeting, MIS reporting, internal controls, cash flow management, vendor payments, and audits. Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. U.S. Finance Operations Liaise with U.S.-based accounting partners for tax compliance, payroll processing, federal/state tax filings, and related statutory reporting. Monitor U.S. payroll schedules, PTO accruals, reimbursements, 401(k) or equivalent deductions, and filings (W2s, 1099s, etc.). Assist in setting up controls, budgets, and forecasting models for U.S. operations. Governance Compliance Maintain and improve internal controls, audit-readiness, and adherence to global financial policies. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors in both geographies.
