Location: Pune / Vadodara Gujarat .

Shift : Evening night shift / Hybrid.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. This role involves leveraging strong product knowledge, engaging with clients, managing data setup within the system, supporting webinars, and contributing to various customer experience initiatives.---

Key Responsibilities:

Webinar Coordination Responsibilities

  • Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, setup, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Review and refine webinar presentations for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
  • Create promotional materials such as unique flyers and event pages to support engagement.
  • Conduct pre-webinar quality checks (polls, surveys, reminders) and ensure technical readiness
  • Monitor communications, analyze participant feedback, and share key insights and product feedback with relevant teams.

Content preparation

  • Create decks and formatting for Release webinars
  • Create/update tutorials, Help Center articles, and training resources.

Sales Enablement

  • Create and maintain Exxat Sales data setups in the production environment.
  • Configure data according to requirements gathered from internal and sales teams.
  • Test and validate new functionalities with each product release.
  • Refine demo environments based on feedback and ensure ongoing data accuracy and hygiene.

Additional responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and product training for new customers.
  • Participate in UAT activities and provide feedback on enhancements.
  • Assist with internal training coordination.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Training, Customer Success
  • 2+ years of experience working with US-based clients.
  • Content creation: Skilled in documentation, and webinar facilitation.
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training tools (MS Teams, WebEx, GoTo, Zoom).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
