📍 Location: BeAbhika Studio, Delhi (near Azadpur/Ashok Vihar)

🕓 Work Schedule: Full-time | 6 days a week | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Customer Experience Representative

What You’ll Do:

💬 Be the first point of contact for customers — managing DMs, chats, and calls with warmth and flair.

refunds, returns, feedback, and product suggestions

You’re Perfect For This If You:

• Love fashion, jewelry, and creative conversations.
• Are fluent in

  English and Hindi

  (any additional language is a plus!).
• Write and speak with clarity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Are organized, dependable, and proactive when solving customer queries.
• Have experience in customer service or fashion-related roles (bonus points for that extra style sense!).
