# Single point of contact for B2B clients premium clients, engaging in formal and professional communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
# Address client inquiries and concerns with a high degree of professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
# Talk to customers regularly through scheduled check-ins and follow-ups to gauge satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
# Maintain an updated database of client contacts and communication logs in the CRM system.
