Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer journey, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with guests, providing exceptional service, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.

• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Hospitality and Resort Management experience
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
