This junior-level position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and support to our elderly customers. Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for elderly customers, assisting them with their inquiries, service requests, payments, and any other needs. Your role is to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with Elderfly. You will work closely with the operations team to facilitate service fulfilment and address customer concerns quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism Assist elderly customers in resolving issues related to services and payments Support service fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and vendors Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers to ensure satisfaction Collaborate within the customer operations team to improve overall service delivery Help identify process improvements that enhance the customer experience Qualifications & Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach toward elderly customers Comfortable managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently Basic understanding of handling payments and service-related processes is a plus Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Bangalore office and remotely Team player with good organisational skills and attention to detail Why Work With Us?
