Role Overview

dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Engage potential customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online leads to pitch Speedioos offerings effectively.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead engagement.
Maintain accurate call and conversion records in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture and convert leads.
Continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge to drive performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in inside sales or telesales (mandatory).
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
with a confident, professional tone.
Strong ability to
handle objections
and close sales independently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented
individual.
Basic proficiency in
CRM tools
and fluency in
Hindi & Marathi
