Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Handling Person to manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities, local dispatch operations , and coordination with logistics partners . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of materials, accurate record-keeping, and timely dispatch to local clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities — receiving goods, verifying quantity and quality, and updating records. Handle inward and outward material movement efficiently and safely. Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation for local deliveries. Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors for timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Track shipments and update delivery status to internal teams and clients. Ensure proper stock arrangement , labelling, and storage as per company standards. Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems or Excel logs. Support inventory management , including cycle counts and stock audits. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum High School / Diploma in any field. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or dispatch handling. Knowledge of GRN process, documentation, and local dispatch procedures . Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS knowledge preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle physical work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
