Logistics and Warehouse Manager

What will you do? (Responsibilities):

• End-to-End Logistics Management:

• Oversee and execute the transportation and delivery of

  finished goods (vending machines)

  and

  consumables

  (coffee decoction, tea bags, premixes, cups, stirrers) from warehouse to customer or other designated locations.
• Ensure all products are delivered in full and on time (DIFOT) with proper customer acknowledgment and documentation, taking responsibility until delivery is completed and acknowledged by the customer with satisfaction.

• Inventory & Warehousing Coordination

  :
• Take complete ownership of inventory and warehouse management across multiple warehouse locations, including stock planning, picking, packing, storage, dispatch, and overall compliance with internal SOPs.
• Monitor stock movement across warehouses, report discrepancies or damages proactively, and ensure consistent adherence to defined inventory standards and control procedures.

• Vendor & Transport Partner Management

  :
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendors and local transporters, including coordination across multiple warehouse regions.
• Negotiate rates and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) for reliability and cost-efficiency, and service coverage across all warehouse locations.

• System & Documentation

  :
• Maintain accurate records for all shipments, delivery challans, e-way bills, and customer acknowledgments.
• Use logistics software/tools for tracking, reporting, and process automation, ensuring centralized visibility over warehouse and logistics operations

• Customer Coordination

  :
• Schedule deliveries in alignment with customer availability.
• Ensure proactive communication with customers and internal teams on delivery status and delays, if any.

• Compliance & Standards Management:

• Implement and maintain and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, warehouse certifications, and compliance protocols relevant to loading/unloading, transit checks, and return logistics and other warehouse related operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while improving service levels.
• Ensure all warehouses consistently meet regulatory, quality, and operational standards and are audit-ready at all times.

What do we need? (Requirements):

• Bachelors degree in

  Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations

  , or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in FMCG, F&B, vending, or retail equipment industries.
• Experience in handling both

  bulk machines

  and

  high-frequency consumables

  logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation compliance, GST invoicing, and basic warehousing operations is a must.
• Should be ready to travel between warehouse locations as part of 50% of the job responsibilities to ensure on-ground oversight and operational control.
