Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telemarketing Manager to lead our telemarketing team and drive sales growth for our real estate projects in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing, excellent leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the telemarketing team to generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
Train, motivate, and monitor telemarketing executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals and campaigns.
Analyze telemarketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Manage telemarketing budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 plus years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of managing telemarketing teams and meeting sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market is a plus.
