Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telecaller Team Leader to lead our B2B telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding telecallers to achieve sales targets, generate quality leads, and strengthen business relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:1. Team Management & Supervision Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Monitor call quality, productivity, and customer handling skills. 2. Sales & Target Achievement Drive the team to generate qualified leads and close B2B deals. Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads shared with field sales or distributors. Plan and execute calling strategies to meet company sales objectives. 3. Reporting & Analytics Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Google Sheets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management. Analyze data to identify performance gaps and areas of improvement. 4. Process & Quality Control Ensure adherence to calling scripts, product knowledge, and professional communication standards. Handle escalated calls and resolve customer or dealer concerns promptly. Maintain coordination with marketing and field sales teams for lead management. 5. Training & Development Conduct training sessions for new telecallers on products, systems, and communication techniques. Continuously guide team members to improve selling skills and objection handling. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales. Proven track record of team handling and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and report preparation. Good understanding of B2B sales process, dealer/distributor network preferred.
