Role Overview: We are urgently hiring a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader to manage, mentor, and guide a high-performing telesales and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, developing strategies to maximize performance, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and monitor a telesales/business development team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve performance. Develop sales scripts, pitch strategies, and effective lead conversion techniques. Track, analyze, and report team performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis. Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of customer issues. Coordinate with management to align sales strategies with company goals. Maintain strong product knowledge and keep the team updated on new financial offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager in telesales, inside sales, or business development. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving aggressive targets. Knowledge of financial products and customer relationship management will be an advantage.
