Job Description

Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve individual and team goals.  Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on team and individual performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.  Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of team members.  Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales or customer service strategies and best practices to improve team performance and efficiency.  Customer Service: Ensure that the team delivers high standards of customer service, handling complaints and escalating complex issues as needed.  Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales data, and process improvements to senior management.  Process Improvement: Monitor call center operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance.  Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
