Loan Portfolio Management:   - Oversee the loan portfolio, ensuring high-quality loans and minimizing risk.   - Monitor loan performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 3. Business Development:   - Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, increase loan sales, and expand customer relationships.   - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers. 4. Customer Service:   - Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, responding to customer complaints and issues. 5. Process Improvement:   - Continuously review and improve loan processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
