Job Title : Team Leader - Telecalling (Loan Products) About The Company : A Leading NBFC . Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for sales, team leadership, and achieving targets? We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to manage and motivate our Telecalling team focused on the sales of our diverse range of loan products. Experience in recovery portfolios is a significant plus! 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & ManagementLead and Motivate: Inspire, coach, and manage a team of Telecalling Executives to consistently achieve and exceed their assigned sales targets (conversion rates, call quality, and revenue goals). Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and one-on-one feedback to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales skills, and negotiation techniques. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance daily/weekly/monthly using key metrics, ensuring adherence to call quality and compliance standards. Rostering: Manage shift schedules, breaks, and attendance to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency. 2. Sales Operations & StrategyTarget Achievement: Take ownership of the team's overall sales targets for loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.). Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the telecalling process and suggest/implement improvements to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Reporting: Prepare and analyze performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Data Management: Ensure the team effectively manages and utilizes the provided leads/database within the CRM system. 3. Compliance & QualityAdherence: Ensure all team members strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal company policies, and quality standards during all customer interactions. Call Auditing: Conduct regular quality checks/audits on calls to maintain high professional standards and compliance. 4. Recovery Portfolio Advantage (If applicable)Risk Mitigation: Utilize experience in recovery to guide the team on effective communication when handling complex customer queries or potential default signals in the early stages of a loan. Advanced Negotiation: Apply negotiation skills honed in recovery to challenging sales scenarios, improving conversion and cross-selling success. ✨ Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Telecalling/Telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a Team Leader or supervisory role, preferably within the Financial Services/Loan Product sector. Loan Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various loan products (e.g., unsecured/secured loans) and the associated sales process. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in [Specify Required Language(s), e.g., Hindi and English]. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive a team to achieve demanding sales targets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Added Advantage: Prior experience managing a Recovery, Collections, or Debt Management portfolio will be highly valued.
