Key Responsibilities : Ensure and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of team members. Motivate and inspire the sales team to maintain a highly competitive and positive environment on the floor. Ensure process-related TATs (Turnaround Times) are met with timely delivery of desired outcomes. Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, contributing to strategy formulation and improvement programs. Plan, structure, and execute team tasks while ensuring process adherence and goal achievement. Lead in training, rewarding, and disciplining employees, and take an active role in staffing and onboarding new hires. Identify and resolve operational challenges with a solution-driven mindset. Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements to meet business growth targets. Foster a partner-focused, metrics-driven environment, ensuring accountability and consistent results.
