Lead in training, rewarding, and disciplining employees, and take an active role in staffing and onboarding new hires. Identify and resolve operational challenges with a solution-driven mindset. Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements to meet business growth targets. Foster a partner-focused, metrics-driven environment, ensuring accountability and consistent results.
