Position: Real Estate Telecaller 📍 Job Overview As a Telecaller, you'll be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and tenants. Your role is to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships over the phone, and support the sales team by setting up appointments and site visits. Your performance is measured by conversion rates, appointments set, and lead quality—key to fueling our real estate pipeline . --- 🔑 Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Calls Proactively reach out (cold and warm) to prospects to introduce property listings and handle incoming inquiries . Lead Qualification & Generation Identify potential buyers by assessing interests, budget, and timelines; qualify leads to ensure high-quality handoffs . Appointment Scheduling Book site visits and consultations for the sales team, coordinating calendars and follow-ups . CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM systems, documenting all interactions and progress . Follow‑Up & Relationship Building Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospect interest, address queries or objections, and build rapport . Information Provision & Market Insights Provide detailed property information—features, location, pricing, amenities—and stay informed about current market trends . Reporting & KPI Tracking Compile call logs, lead statuses, appointments scheduled, and conversion metrics for weekly or monthly reporting . --- 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience High school diploma is essential; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior telecalling or sales experience—especially in real estate—is a plus . Communication Skills Excellent verbal skills with clarity, persuasion, and active listening . Sales & Negotiation Acumen Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to handle objections and guide leads toward appointments . CRM & Tech Savvy Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads and reporting; comfort with MS Office and dialer tools . Organizational Skills Ability to multitask, manage call volumes, schedule efficiently, and prioritize leads . Customer-Focused Attitude Strong customer service mindset, empathy, and professionalism .
