Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base by providing excellent service and building lasting relationships. --- Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Engagement: Generate leads through various channels including online portals, walk-ins, referrals, site visits, and events. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to showcase residential or commercial projects. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions. Follow-ups & Deal Closure: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into bookings. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and assist in closing sales transactions. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for post-sales processes. Lead Management & Reporting: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and lead information. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about competing projects, market trends, pricing, and local real estate developments. Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Participate in exhibitions, property shows, and promotional events. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. --- Preferred Skills: Experience selling residential flats, villas, or commercial properties. Familiarity with RERA guidelines and real estate documentation. Fluency in English and local languages for regional client handling. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
