Job Description

Telesales Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Clearly and effectively present company products or services to clients over the phone.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule meetings or demos, and support the field sales team.
  • Handle objections and resolve client queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share sales activity reports and performance updates.
  • Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with clients at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in telesales or any corporate sales-related role.
  • Excellent

    English communication

    skillsboth spoken and written.
  • Confident,

    soft-spoken

    , and persuasive over the phone.
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong

    interpersonal and negotiation

    skills.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and work under target pressure.
  • A

    customer-oriented

    mindset with strong follow-up abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience dealing with

    B2B or corporate clients
