Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for assisting team in achieving Revenue/GMV/Conversion targets for the City for all categories & business verticals 2. Responsible for assisting the City Manager towards building the roadmap towards CM2 Profitability 3. Building and ensuring a Healthy Supplier Network with tyre, battery and Alloy wheel dealers. Ability to scale the network to other categories basis the business plan. 4. Manage the customer lead funnel and ensure maximum conversion %age from the sales funnel 5. To assist City Manager & B2B manager in day-to-day operations & plan & execute on People & Resource management such as a)Optimize order routing and route efficiency to increase asset utilization b)Manage & Groom Crew and Tele Agents for the smooth running of the operations c)Ensure availability of People & Resources for the smooth running of daily operations d)To manage B2C customer queries real time and ensure maximum conversion e)To plan for inventory offtake to maintain optimum days inventory of key SKUs to minimize operational cost f)To develop & maintain relationship with vendor network for all brands with lowest costing & JIT sourcing g)To manage B2B customer queries real time & ensure delivery within TAT through timely invoicing & vehicle availability h)To cater to customer complaints / warranty issues & adhere to closure timelines with coordinate with required stakeholders end to end i)To ensure that van & 2W capacity is fully utilized & ensure they are operational & ensure 0 vehicle downtime + vehicle upkeep Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 2+ years of work experience in Sales and Business Development. Experience in tyre, battery, Auto aftercare industry highly preferred Ability to communicate with the vendor/supplier network and customers alike in English, Hindi & the respective local language Ability to plan and work in the market to build vendor/supplier network & relationships

Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right Tyre/Battery is prepared for delivery and whatever is required to complete the sale is managed smoothly, with minimal hassle. 5. Be willing to learn about the different buy/sell processes in every state 6. Be willing to learn how to explain various Tyre/Battery features to customers; we will provide training to guide you 7. Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our new business - we are writing the playbook as we go. 8. Getting sales conversions will be your core performance indicator. What you should have: - Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in a contact centre or well-known Sale environment, where you also have engaged with customers over the phone, social media, email, chat or any other channels. - A customer champion outlook - you take seriously the role of being the voice of the customer within the organisation and nothing less than 100% satisfaction is good enough for you. - You are a solid team player who is revving to do something different and be a part of a team that will change how Tyres & Batteries are bought and sold in India! - You are aware of the highs and lows of start-up life, and are willing to be part of our journey and take on tasks that we might need your help with Self-starter, autonomous - you proactively own your space and can act with minimal instruction. Tyre/Battery knowledge (nice to have) - you know the ins and outs of most makes and models and can confidently answer any questions about it or experience of selling any other product/service as well. - You are flexible and are willing to work after hours and weekends, based on a rotating roster (9:30am - 6:30pm over 7 days a week) from the Delhi office, 6 days a week.
