Work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer appropriate IT solutions, and generate sales. Utilize strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to negotiate deals and close sales. Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in sales & presales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware sales, including servers, storages, laptops, desktops, switches etc. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through lead generation and territory management. Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills, polite and friendly manner, Lots of initiative, positive attitude. Passionate about sales and customer service.
