Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and persuasive Telecounsellor to join our Admissions team at iLEAD College, Kolkata. The role involves a blend of tele sales and student counselling, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding academic programs and admission processes.
• Understand students’ interests and guide them toward suitable courses offered by the college.
• Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and ensure timely conversion of prospects into admissions.
• Maintain lead records in the CRM and prepare daily follow-up and conversion reports.
• Achieve monthly admission targets through consistent engagement and persuasive communication.
• Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrollment initiatives and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 

  3–7 years of experience

   in student counselling, tele sales, or educational admissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.
• Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure.
• Prior experience in 

  college/university admissions

   will be an advantage.
