We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Animation and Graphics department. Drive innovative creative projects, shape industry-ready curricula, and mentor students and faculty to excel in animation and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 2D/3D animation, VFX, and graphic design projects.
• Develop cutting-edge, industry-aligned curricula.
• Mentor students and faculty to foster creativity and skills.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines.
• Forge industry partnerships for internships and collaborations.
• Ensure top-quality creative and academic deliverables.
• Represent ILead at industry events.

Qualifications:

• Experience

  : 7+ years in animation/graphic design, 3+ years in leadership/academic roles.

• Education

  : Bachelor’s/Master’s in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field (Ph.D. or equivalent a plus).

• Skills

  :
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and curriculum design.

• Certifications

  : Adobe Certified Expert, Autodesk Certified Professional, or equivalent preferred.
