1. Requirement Gathering: At the beginning of every admission cycle, gather requirements from the internal Business Units. Based on the requirements, objectives will be set.
2. Prepare a Digital Marketing solution plan to achieve the Business Unit objectives.
3. To plan and contribute to the digital marketing strategy formulation for each unit.
4. To manage all marketing agencies and work with them to execute the marketing plan.
5. To monitor the performance of all marketing campaigns against each KPI set and take course correction if there are deviations.
6. To prepare weekly reports for internal units to show progress against targets and objectives set.
7. To raise issues and risks on a timely manner and execute the mitigation plans.
8. To manage the delivery of marketing objectives through the use of CRM systems.
9. To prepare plans not only for lead generation but also marketing support plan for the sales team in converting students. For example, communications plan with prospective students at each stage.
10. To prepare the communications plan for marketing automation campaigns.
11. To work on Marketing Content creation.
12. To manage and optimize the touch point journey from 1st visit to admission from a digital perspective.
